Brandon is a lifelong birder carrying on a multi-generational family tradition that spans continents. The desire to spot 'em all caught him young, leading to an incredible journey from Southern Africa to Australia, recording over 1,200 species. His entrepreneurial journey started early - at 19, he built a successful spider retail business. After graduating from UTS in 2024 with Software Engineering and Finance degrees, he finally had the technical foundation to bridge his passion for wildlife with cutting-edge technology. He founded Wingmate to bring that same addictive thrill to birders everywhere. When he's not building new features, you'll find him chasing lifers.
